The GAE ProStage
121T Top is a vented, full-range loudspeaker system incorporating a 12” cone driver
and a horn loaded 1” compression driver. The passive crossover network is optimally
adjusted to the speaker components and is sufficiently equipped for high-power handling.
The HF-driver is protected from overloading by a maintenance free overloading-limiter
which guarantees a high operational safety. The 1” compression driver is attached to a 90° x 75° horn. The horn’s construction allows a 90° rotation thus the irradiation characteristics can be adjusted to the demands. The 12” cone driver has been especially optimised to create a resonance-free and well balanced sound. In the PS121T a slightly dominant high tone level has been tuned as in praxis a powerful bass-backing seems to be opportune. This way an impressive overall design with an outstanding power output has been realised. |

quality, grooved, water-tightly glued and screwed and sealed with a black structure
varnish. Colours in different RAL-tones are available. The loudspeaker’s baffle and
it’s components are protected by a solid metal front grill which is backed with
acoustic foam. A metal carrying handle supplies a comfortable operation. The PS121T has
been designed for the professional touring use without material fatigue. The enclosure is equipped with a 35mm flange for stand mounting on the bottom and flying-tracks on both sides. These are complemented by a M8 threaded shaft on the back side to allow the tilting of the system when installed. maintenance free overloading-limiter which guarantees a high operational safety. The 1,4” compression driver is attached to a 60° horn which allows an uniform radial irradiation – no matter if employed vertically or horizontally. The 15” cone driver has been especially optimised to withstand highest mechanical and electrical loads. The membrane offers a resonance-free and balanced sound. For the multifunctional application as floor-loudspeaker a slightly dominant high-tone-level has been installed in the PS152TM thus in combination with the ground-coupling a balanced sound is achieved. |

monitor-applications. It incorporates a 12” cone driver and a horn loaded 1”
compression driver. The passive crossover network is optimally adjusted to the speaker
components, specifically developed to meet the monitor’s characteristics and
sufficiently equipped for high-power handling. The HF-driver is protected from overloading
by a maintenance free overloading-limiter which guarantees a high operational safety. Outfitted with a large basis the PS121M displays a high stability being at the same time almost invisible to the audience. The sound characteristics are: a high dissolution and a low feedback. Thus an excellent efficiency is achieved. The 1” cone driver is attached to a 75° x 90° horn and usually produced as right version. On request a mirrored (left) version can be delivered. |
